It seems like buying free range was one of the first ethical supermarket choices available to us. These days, however, there is a nagging sense that “free range” is not enough.

I have found the best eggs are from our own chickens, they do not take much looking after and the rewards are fantastic. we have 6 chickens on our allotment and we are now ready to have some at home in the garden. Its nice to share the rewards with friends and family.
