One of my favourite veggie soups is beetroot and red cabbage.

I guess it’s not a soup per se; I call it a chickpea broth and I devised the recipe based on a recipe my mum sometimes makes using chicken, chickpeas and grated carrot.
We don’t mind at all, Andrew. Sounds and LOOKS delicious : )
