I might brave it and try something with rhubarb. I haven’t eaten the stuff since I was subjected to it in primary school. I quite like the idea of a rhubarb jelly.

Hey again rooroo…

I recently featured rhubarb:

http://blog.vegbox-recipes.co.uk/2009/02/09/februarys-second-veggie-in-the-spotlight-rhubarb/

And at the bottom, Annie talks about eating it raw and juicing it. I’m hoping she’ll tell us more about how to juice it.

I have a recipe for rhubarb daiquiris which I am going to upload soon. Let us know if you have any success with a jelly… I’m thinking that, as it’s advised to serve rhubarb with something dairy, it might be great in a trifle…
