That’s right - your favourite Veg Box Recipes tips and techniques are now arriving on You Tube.
I’ll be showing you how to prepare seasonal vegetables, to make it even easier.
So if you end up with kohlrabi, celeriac or even enoki mushrooms in your box, soon there will be a mini video on You Tube for you to check out exactly what to do with them!
I’ll also be doing quick vids on basic techniques, so you’ll know the difference between chopping, slicing and dicing - to name just a few!

Great video! I had one once and ended up leaving it to compost in the bottom of the fridge.
I’ve had a few ideas, though, about the video.
1] Not a big problem, but a bright light on what you’re doing might help.
2] Try to prepare the veg as though you were the video. Again, not a biggie, but when you cut the squash in half, it wasn’t immediately obvious where you were cutting it.
3] Show the veg to the camera a bit more. For example, say “these are the ends”, and then cut them off. Say “use a spoon to remove the seeds”, etc I’m pretty clueless when it comes to preparing veg, and knowing what tool to use, etc, would really help.
