Are you fed up with the “same old” Christmas menu each year? Only so much turkey, boiled sprouts and roast parsnip a person can eat?
Here are some suggestions to add a little variety to your Christmas dinner.
- Instead of turkey or goose, why not try a nut roast?
- Instead of boiled Brussel sprouts, why not try a lovely variation – garlic and almond sprouts?
- Instead of plain roast parsnip, why not have a go at Balsamic roast parsnip?
- To add loads of vitamin C, how about making your own cranberry sauce?
- How about adding some spiced pears to your menu?
- Instead of Christmas pudding, you could try this absolutely delicious caramelised orange dessert (with some cream, of course!)
